This return policy is applicable to all physical products purchased through Caliente Dance Studio website.

We strive to provide excellent services that benefit all our customers. We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. However, we understand that there may be certain circumstances where you need to return items. Please take a moment to read our return policy below, and rest assured that we will do our best to assist you.

Returnable Items Items eligible for return, refund, or exchange within the warranty* period must meet the following criteria:

1. Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size or colour (i.e., not the size you ordered or not the colour you ordered).

 

*Warranty: 15 days

Note: To be eligible for return or refund, items must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered.

Return Conditions For items without any quality issues:

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Prior to shipping the item(s) back to our return address, all return requests must be authorized by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

 

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Items outside the warranty time-frame.

2. Items that have been worn, used, had their tags removed, or have been misused.

3. Items falling under specific categories that are non-returnable due to customer's reasons.
