Caliente Dance Studio respects your right to privacy. 1. What Does Caliente Dance Studio Do?

Caliente Dance Studio enables consumers to book and attend a wide range of Street Latin dance classes, and to buy Dance related products offered by our Studio. Caliente Dance Studio, is headquartered in Singapore and is registered under the legal name Qualiency Pte Ltd (located in Singapore UEN 201505556).

2. What Personal Information Does Caliente Dance Studio Collect?

Data Collected Automatically Through Your Use of the Site.
- We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Site, such as when you view or click on content or ads (on or off our Site), perform a search, browse, schedule a reservation. Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like internet protocol (“IP”) address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location) and other technical information. Data Collected at the Studios (Pictures and Videos).
- We may also collect videos and pictures in our physical premises. These data can be used in our website, social media and marketing material.
- Performances, Class demos and social dancing may be filmed for commercial, marketing or educational purposes. By accepting these conditions, you consent to the recording and filming of yourself as members of the Performance, the class and as social dancers.

3. What Does Caliente Dance Studio Do with the Personal Information it Collects?

Caliente Dance Studio uses personal information it receives for several purposes:

Site: To operate and maintain our Site and the products and services offered through our Site. For example, we use personal information to fulfill your reservation and purchase requests, including processing payments, and to customize your experience on our Site, such as by tailoring the content or experiences we show you.
