COVID-19 Updates

With reference to guidelines published by National Art Council (NAC) and updated regularly here, the following measures are implemented and must be followed.

Partner Dance Classes

Class are going on as per our schedule. There will be no rotation during the class and we will form groups of 2 for the class. You don't need a partner to book your class, we will try to partner everyone.

If you want to be partnered with a specific person, make sure both of you book your class separately and let know the instructor about your partnering.

All class will be closed for booking 4 hours before the start of the class. For last minute booking, please email us at info@caliente-dance.com.

Cancellation or reschedule are allowed up to 4 hours before the start of the class.

We will only go with the class if we have a minimum of 4 students in the class.

Class can be cancelled by Caliente Dance Studio up to 2 hours before the class.

For unlimited plan holders, if you do not show up to a class you booked, your plan will suspended until you pay a penalty fee of $25. The plan will remain strictly suspended until such payment is done. No exceptions.

You will only be allowed to take 1 class per week unless we have available slots.

Solo Dance Classes

You will only be allowed to take 1 class per week unless we have available slots.

Plan Extension Policy:

We understand that some of you might feel uncomfortable joining the class during the period 27 September to 24 October 2021, and we are allowed by National Arts Council to operate. As such if you want to freeze your plan, you can do so for a freezing fee of $10 per week.

We truly seek your understanding on that matter, running our dance studio and providing fun to the community while being economically viable is not an easy task in the current circumstances.

This Plan policy applies to all plans.

In case you are booked to a class and we cannot provide you with the class or a similar class during the same week, we will extend your plan by 1 week. For example you book a class on Tuesday and we can't offer you the class on Tuesday or any other day of the same week, then you will get an extension. If you are offered an alternative during the same week but don't want or cannot take it, then there will be no extension.

Social Practise:

Social Practise will remain open but with no rotation between group of 2.

You will need to book your class separately.
